Refunds and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts one full year. If 365 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging, if any.

Perishable goods and food cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Nearly all refunds will require the product(s) be returned at your expense. See below for details.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item (unless a no-return agreement is made).

Sale Items

Refunds will be for the lowest sale price during the ownership period.

Shipping Your Returns

A shipping address will be provided if your product needs to be sent back.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged Items & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, every effort will be made to replace it.

For items that cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.

Allow up to 60 days for any postal insurance claims to be processed before the refund is issued.
