As you can see by looking at the photographic image above, Frivolous Device 0004 features a well-satiated Woody Woodpecker, a not-so-happy Wally Walrus, and of course a toy-level NOT throwie.

This important artwork has been hand-painted on a faux-antique metal sign that’s been artfully encased in a custom-built 22" x 10" frame made from a stenciled wood board that’s been sitting in my garage for a decade.
